This website (the “Site”) is provided by Annafie LLP (“Annafie”). Your use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all clients, except to client based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For those clients the German AGBs apply.
Therefore you must read carefully before using this Site, as you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, then you may and must not use the Site. These terms may be updated from time to time and your continued use will be subject to those updated terms.
Materials used on this Site
This Site is maintained by Annafie for your personal use. You may download or print one copy of the material on this Site but only for your own domestic, non-commercial, or private use and provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Everything you read or see on this Site such as text, pictures, designs, icons, and all other material ("Annafie's Material") is copyright protected under worldwide copyright laws, unless otherwise noted. Annafie is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and analyse data relating to your usage of the Site. When you register on the Annafie website you will be asked to acknowledge and authorise this use in accordance with applicable data protection law. Any information provided by you will be used to provide you with our regular newsletters and any requested information and may be used for research purposes. Annafie will use its best endeavours to ensure that such data is kept secure at all times.
If you no longer wish Annafie to hold your personal information, then upon your request, we will remove such information from our database. Terms Of Purchase
Welcome to the ANNAFIE Online Shop. Although much effort has gone into producing high quality images of our product selection, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will correctly replicate the colours. As all items are hand made, we cannot guarantee that the product is exactly the same as on the image. However, we strive to providing our clients with an excellent shopping experience and if anything is not to your satisfaction, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Use of the Annafie website is subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of use which, unless stated otherwise, also applies to use of the Online Shop. Additionally, Online Shopping with Annafie is subject to the following ‘Terms of Purchase’ which contain important information about ordering products, payment and delivery. Annafie reserves the right to modify these Terms of Purchase ("Terms") from time to time.
In these Terms, references made to "We" and "Us" mean Annafie LLP, and "You" means you, one of Annafie's Online Shop clients.
1. PLACING YOUR ORDER
1.1 To place an order, you should be lawfully capable of entering into and forming a valid contract in accordance with English law.
1.2 In order to make purchases through the Site, you will need to create an online account the first time you use the Annafie Online Shop and you will be requested to provide information about yourself and or your company as indicated so that we may process your Order. You represent and warrant that the information provided by you is both valid and correct.
1.3 Once you have chosen a product, click on the image to access the product page where information on sizing, colour options and availability will be provided. All product prices shown in the Annafie Online Shop are in GBP for UK based clients and in EUR for all other clients as and are inclusive of VAT and delivery costs inside the European Union (“EU”). We reserve the right to add appropriate delivery costs for all deliveries outside the EU. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
1.4 If you are happy with your choice, click on the add to Basket button.
1.5 You can monitor the products you have chosen by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" button at any time. You can also remove an item by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the chosen product.
1.6 When you are ready, proceed to "Checkout" and follow instructions. Please ensure that you provide information as requested.
1.7 Once you have confirmed your order, we will issue you with a Annafie Order reference number, which will appear in your order confirmation. Please ensure that you save this number for reference.
1.8 On placing an order with Annafie, You are making an offer to Us to purchase the products selected in accordance with these Terms. Please note that we may not always be able to accept your offer (see Acceptance). All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Access and Use of Annafie Online Shop.
2.1 Annafie 'S Online Shop is only available to Online Shoppers who meet our terms of eligibility.
3. ACCEPTANCE
3.1 Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will be required to enter your payment details.
3.2 Your order will be acknowledged by an Order Confirmation message which allows you to make a final review of your order, including your payment reference giving details as registered by our system. This message is NOT an acceptance of your order.
3.3 Annafie will also send you an Order Confirmation email containing information as set out above and a further email informing you when your order is dispatched.
3.4 Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Annafie will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English at that time.
3.5 We reserve the right not to accept your order. Such non-acceptance may result, for example, from the fact that a product ordered is out of stock or that we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or that you do not meet the terms of eligibility set-out above.
3.6 Furthermore, we retain the express right not to process a transaction at any time at our sole discretion. In this event, We will not be liable to You or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from Annafie's Online Shop, whether or not such products have been sold.
4. PAYMENT

4.1 We currently do not accept payment cards. You will need to transfer your payment upon receipt of our invoice.
4.2 Unless we receive payment as specified in our invoice, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.
5. DELIVERY AND INSURANCE
5.1 Products will be delivered to the delivery address as shown in Your Order Confirmation.
5.2 Annafie does not insure each delivery during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Should you wish the goods to be insured during transport, please contact us and we will arrange for this subject to you paying for the insurance charge and any additional costs.
5.3 Annafie will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
6.1 Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please contact us at info@Annafie.com stating your wish to cancel, modify or return your order.
6.2 Sometimes it will not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been fully processed and dispatched, please follow the returns policy.
6.3 Returns, exchanges and late cancellations. If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size please contact us on the abovementioned email address by providing us with a reason for cancellation. Annafie may in its absolute discretion accept or reject a cancellation. Normally we do not accept a cancellation when an item has been specifically produced for you.
6.5 In the event of returns, exchanges or cancellations having been accepted by Annafie, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in their original packaging with any applicable covers and other protective materials as well as all the original labelling attached.
6.6 PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. Annafie is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have by contacting us under info@Annafie.com.
6.7 Cancellations are subject to the payment of the transportation charges. We require that all goods be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of our acceptance of the cancellation.
6.8 Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the products ordered, please let us know if this is not the case. In all cases product returns and cancellations are subject to the payment of the transportation charges by you and we require that they be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery.
6.9 In the event that you should choose an alternative courier, we do not accept any form of liability for the loss or damage of returned goods.

6.10 In the event of any failure to return any goods to us as set out in these Terms within the stipulated time limits, even though cancellation was accepted, we shall have the right to charge any costs relating to the recovery of the goods. 6.11 Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of having received the returned products. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be either transferred or credited to your account as we see fit.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 Annafie is committed to protecting the privacy of its online Clients in providing a secure Online Shop for electronic commerce transactions.
7.2 When ordering products from Annafie 's Online Shop, You will be asked to provide personal and company information including your name, company name, delivery address, telephone number, product selections as well as payment details. All the Personal Information provided by you will be used to process your orders and is collected with your knowledge and express authorisation upon opening an Online Shop account. Consequently, some of this information will be shared with our partners, in particular those through whom we despatch your order.
7.3 Information provided at the time of making an order will be used to process the order including payment and delivery. If you have activated the consent box, you will also receive information on our products and promotions we feel may be of interest to you.
7.4 Your Personal information may also be used for marketing research relating to Annafie. It will not be used for any unsolicited communication to users unless so authorised by them. Annafie will use its best endeavours to ensure that such data is kept secure at all times. Unless required to do so by law, Annafie will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the Personal information you provide to us without your consent in writing and upon request, Annafie will remove users' personal information from its database thereby cancelling their online account.

7.6 Annafie, from time to time, may collect information about your usage of our website related with Annafie preferences. We will use and analyse the collected information to administer, support, improve and develop our business to provide you with the best service and this information may be shared with our partner suppliers for analytical purposes only.
7.7 We use cookies to help keep track of your current shopping session and shopping basket content. If you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to use the Online Shop.
